The cleanest hotel I’ve seen in a while. Friendly staff and good service.
Our room was clean and nicely appointed. All motel staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast at BW Canoga Park is far above and beyond typical motel offerings. The ladies managing the breakfast room are super nice and they run it very well. I highly recommend this motel based on overall quality and value.
Staff was really nice! They were able to accommodate my special requests. Clean room. Only negative would be location. Took me a bit but once you realize it's attached to/right next to the bowling alley, you're fine.
I haven’t wrote a review in forever! But this place definitely deserves it. I stayed here for the night and it was great, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly ! Service was top tier shout out to the ladies that made us waffle Sunday morning on 03/16/25 at 10:00am bless your souls
Best Western hotel chain is a great hotel. Multiplications throughout California. Especially like the Canoga Park Best Western because it's connected to the Winnetka bowling alley.
This place is a lowkey gem. It’s located in a safe area. It’s busy outside but my room was quiet. Every staff member I encountered was efficient, kind and helpful. The breakfast and coffee was tasty. The building itself looks older, but is well maintained and cared for. My room felt clean and the bed was actually so comfortable. Overall was surprised by how pleasant the stay was, especially for the price. I will stay here again for my next work trip.
I had a pleasant stay here. Large tub, (complimentary items are spot on and included a sewing kit which I happened to need) very comfortable pillows, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. It's right next to a restaurant, The Village Cafe, that will deliver to your room and a bowling alley/bar which I missed since it closed earlier than the posted hours. The price was ok at a discount rate, the staff was friendly and helpful and the cleaning people didn't knock on my door early to ask if I was gone yet which is a huge pet peeve of mine. The only two complaints I had were: 1) the internet, which was spotty and hard to get a consistent speed. It was constantly disconnecting so I would have to re-log in. It got faster as the night got later and early morning. Up your bandwidth please. 2) the breakfast said they would charge you $15 if you took it to your room so I didn't bother because I like to grab food and take it to my room in the mornings.
